Limited Warranty:
The following warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Seller’s and Manufacturer’s only warranty is to the purchaser of this product and is limited to the obligation to replace such quantity thereof as may be proven to be defective on the date of purchase from the Manufacture.  Prior to using the product, user shall determine its suitability for the use intended.  All users of this product assume all risk and liability a rising whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither seller nor manufacture shall be liable either in tort or in contract for any loss or damage whether direct, incidental, arising out of the use or the inability to use this products.
